  1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will review the concern and, if necessary, offer a solution which may include:

A no-cost re-inspection or correction of the issue

Partial or full refund, based on service type and findings

Store credit for future services


  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

Work was not completed as quoted or agreed

Faulty or defective parts were used (with manufacturer confirmation)

Services were charged in error

Cancellation of a prepaid appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice


  1. Non-Refundable Items

We do not issue refunds for:

Completed labor and diagnostic services

Parts that have been installed and used

Late appointment cancellations (under 24 hours)

Services requested but later declined after inspection or recommendation


  1. Cancellations and Prepaid Appointments

You may cancel a prepaid appointment for a full refund if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
